Recruitment Privacy Notice

ClothME collects the information you provide when applying for a role: contact details, location, résumé, links, answers, and any optional information you include. We use it to evaluate your application, communicate with you about the role, and manage recruitment.

Who can access it

Access is limited to authorized recruiting staff. Résumés are stored privately and are not published at a public URL. We do not sell applicant information.

Retention

We keep applicant information while the hiring process is active and afterward only as needed under our recruitment retention schedule or applicable requirements. Contact us for the current retention period for your application or to request deletion.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, withdraw, or delete your application information by emailing [email protected]. Some records may need to be retained where required by law. You can also read our general privacy policy.
